IM Properties had acquired a site near Birmingham that had the potential to become a best-in-class employment location, bringing businesses and jobs to the people of the Midlands.
With Vismedia's team I've designed and developed an engaging 360˚ experience for the IM Peddimore project to help with public consultation and help accelerate the planning application process.
By blending 360° Photography with 360° Computer Generated Imagery to exact blueprint specifications, we enabled the viewer to flash-forward in time, going ‘inside’ the finished project.
With the help of the 360° experience, the planning application for Peddimore has been approved by Birmingham City Council. The development, set to complete in 2022, is poised to become one of the region’s most important employment and economic locations.
