Dell Technologies, one of the world’s largest tech hardware manufacturers, needed to upskill and educate 1,000 salespeople across 40 companies. Traditionally, this was done through static modules featuring standard 2D content, which struggled to keep users engaged and did little to highlight the unique selling points of the products effectively.
The goal was clear: transform the learning process into an engaging, innovative experience that matched the sophistication of Dell’s products, complete with data analytics to track user engagement and effectiveness.

As the Creative Director, I worked closely with the 3D design team to create high-quality 360° CGI renders that formed the visual foundation of the experience, ensuring that every detail was aligned with Dell’s brand and objectives.
My expertise in specialist software was instrumental in integrating multiple technologies to build a seamless and high-performing 360° experience, optimized for fast loading times and smooth cross-device performance. In addition, I collaborated with Vismedia’s development team to outline the requirements for custom features and streamline the backend system, enabling efficient management of the immersive experience.
I also defined the strategy for content integration, specifying how videos, PDFs, and interactive elements should be seamlessly combined into the 360° environment to provide an intuitive user journey.

The project was a collaborative effort between Twogether and Vismedia. Twogether led the overall concept of the experience, ensuring it aligned with Dell’s sales enablement goals, while Vismedia was responsible for building the immersive experience, handling both front-end and back-end development, and creating a user-friendly CMS and custom analytics.
The result was a unique 360° Gamified Digital Destination designed to captivate and educate Dell’s sales teams. Together with Twogether and Vismedia, we developed a Game Hub an exclusive virtual space filled with engaging content meant to upskill and reward users. The 360° CGI environment, brought to life by the 3D design team, showcased Dell’s product ecosystem in a visually compelling manner. As users navigated through the space, they could explore videos, documents, and mini-games through interactive hotspots that revealed key product features.
The experience was gamified, with every interaction earning points that allowed users to climb the leaderboard. Additionally, a rewards system enabled users to redeem points for chances to win Amazon vouchers via a spin-the-wheel game, making the learning process both fun and motivating.
